The Shieling - a two bedroom suite in the grounds, please

Madison House - three bedroom house in the grounds with
private gardens and breathtaking lake views.
- All rooms have bath and shower, remote control colour
TV with satellite and teletext channels, DVD, radio, music
system, direct dial telephone, hair drier and trouser press.
- Egyptian cotton linen
- Twice daily maid service
- In addition to the wide selection of luxury toiletries,
bathrooms have thick fluffy bathrobes for guests' use.
- All bedrooms are non-smoking (NB. some have balconies
and terraces)
- On-site free car parking
- Children are welcome, however they must be over 8 years
to eat dinner in the restaurant. Special rates upon application.
- Dogs permitted in bedrooms and grounds only, at £8.00
per night.

Booking Conditions
A deposit, which is required to confirm the booking,
will be held against a future reservation if cancellation
is more than 30 days.
Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before arrival:
A charge equivalent to the first night will be made.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival:
The full stay will be charged
A reservation is a legally binding contract,
therefore we urge you to take out holiday insurance.
